    The Village of Tinley Park will host an informational “TIF 101” presentation for residents living within the proposed Legacy TIF District at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 26 in the Board Room at Tinley Park Village Hall, 16250 S. Oak Park Avenue. The proposed Legacy TIF District would be located in the area of the Panduit property at 175th Street and Ridgeland Avenue.

  6. "The Art of Branding" Presentation

    Roger Brooks will give a presentation titled “The Art of Branding” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 28 in the North Ballroom at the Tinley Park Convention Center, 18451 Convention Center Drive. The presentation will cover why the branding process is important and how it’s about much more than just logos and tag lines. Brooks also will discuss how branding will benefit the area for years to come.

  11. Comedy Improv & Open Mic

    Join us for this family-friendly show at our state-of-the-art theater and be prepared to have fun, laugh until you drop and especially share your own talents at our Comedy Improv and Open Mic Night. Both Kidz on the Bridge and Graffiti on the Fourth Wall Comedy Improv Troupes will perform. Then open the stage up to anyone wishing to sing, do stand-up comedy, perform magic, present a monologue, dance, perform a scripted or improvised scene, or simply tell some jokes. Doors open at 6:45. Admission is $8. *No fee for open mic performers who confirm their spot by July 22.
