Functions of the Budget, Audit and Administration Committee include:
- Overseeing preparation of the annual budget, financial reporting and audit functions
- Overseeing human resources activities, including compensation and collective bargaining and internal communications
- Overseeing information technology infrastructure and communications with external constituencies
- Overseeing outsourced service agreements in conjunction with departments/liaisons
