Functions of the Budget, Audit and Administration Committee include: 

  • Overseeing preparation of the annual budget, financial reporting and audit functions
  • Overseeing human resources activities, including compensation and collective bargaining and internal communications
  • Overseeing information technology infrastructure and communications with external constituencies
  • Overseeing outsourced service agreements in conjunction with departments/liaisons

Budget, Audit and Administration Committee members include Trustee Kevin Suggs, who serves as Chairman of the committee, as well as Trustees Brian S. Maher and T.J. Grady.
