Cook County Early Voting
Early voting for Cook County will run from Monday, Oct. 19 to Monday, Nov. 2 at Tinley Park Village Hall, 16250 S. Oak Park Ave. Residents can vote early from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays.
Vote by Mail
Mail ballot applications for the Nov. 3 Gubernatorial Election will be available on Wednesday, Aug. 5. Any registered voter with a driver’s license, state ID, or Social Security number on file may request a mail ballot using an online or paper application at the following links:

Check your voter registration status with the Cook County Clerk and the Will County Clerk. Village residents may register to vote at Tinley Park Village Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. To be eligible to register to vote, a person must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be 18 years of age by the date of the next election
- Reside in the precinct 30 days prior to the next election
- Show two forms of identification
One form of identification must show your name and current address. The second form must show your name. These forms of identification shall include, but not be limited to:
- Driver's license
- Insurance card
- Employee ID card
- Telephone book
- Library card
- Birth certificate
- Checkbook
- Credit card
- Social Security card
- Utility bill
- Student ID card
- State ID card
Under election law, voter registration closes 28 days before an election and opens again two days after the election. This allows time for the voter files to be prepared for the election. If you are currently registered to vote in Cook or Will County and have moved within the County, you may change your registration at the Village Hall. If you have changed your name, you must re-register to vote.
