- Variances:
- Residential: $250 + $75 per additional Variation
- Commercial: $500 + $75 per additional Variation
- Special Uses and Planned Unit Developments: $500
- Annexation:
- <1 acre: $750
- 1-5 acres: $1500
- >5 acres: $3000
- Site Plan Approval:
- New/First Site Plan: $500
- Amendment: $300
- Zoning or Subdivision Text Amendment: $500
- Plats: $500 + $5 per lot
- Signs: $1 per square foot ($50 minimum)
