Public Hearings are held when a property owner requests zoning entitlement actions such as a request for annexations, a Planned Unit Development, zoning, Special Use permits and zoning variances. Notice is provided to advise the community that public comment is being accepted before a decision will be made at a formal public meeting.
Below is a list of Public Hearings currently scheduled for the Village, and a link to the public notice that was mailed. When available, a link will also be provided to the staff reports prepared for the appropriate review body – the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. These are typically available the Friday evening before the Public Hearing.
