The Village welcomes thousands of visitors every year to the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre and the Tinley Park Convention Center. These events and others like them are the reason why people flock to Tinley Park to live Life Amplified!
The Village of Tinley Park is aware that heavy traffic presents residents with difficulties in exiting or entering neighborhoods. Although traffic control measures are in force to help ease this problem, the sheer volume of vehicles can cause inconvenient delays. Placards are available at the Tinley Park Police Department for residents living in the neighborhoods affected by concert traffic such as West Point Meadows, Century Court and Millennium Lakes. These placards will allow resident access into their subdivision in lieu of being redirected to alternate routes by Tinley Park police or Emergency Management officers. Please be advised that the placard does not allow traffic bypass traffic, only subdivision entry.
