Marketing Department

The Tinley Park Marketing Department coordinates the Village’s communication and engagement initiatives, including the weekly Community Email newsletter, which contains the latest Village news, information on special events, new businesses, construction projects and more; Tinley Park Television, Village news releases, and the Village’s Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Pinterest pages. The department manages the Village's special events and tourism initiatives, the special event permit application process, the Benches on the Avenue program, the Musical Chairs Program, the Tinley Park Messenger and the business-centric Noteworthy News electronic newsletter.  The department also works closely with the volunteer Marketing Commission,

Funded by Hotel/Motel Tax, the Marketing Department is comprised of four full-time positions including Marketing Director, Public Information Specialist, Community Engagement Specialist and Event Specialist, as well as a six part-time positions including a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Program Coordinator, Marketing Intern and two Videographers.
