Whatever the season, there's always something to do in Tinley Park. The Village and participating sponsors host an annual series of popular, family-friendly events that are enjoyed by residents and visitors alike. See below for more information. Please call the Special Events Hotline at (708) 444-5678 for information on events and cancellations.
2020 Drive-By Birthday Parade Application
The Tinley Park Fire and Police departments have enjoyed being a part of your birthday parades these past few months during quarantine. Hopefully the parades put a smile on your face and made your day just a little bit brighter! Now that the State is starting to open up again, both departments are seeing increases in emergency and non-emergency service calls. Because of this, the Village will be discontinuing its Birthday Drive-By Program starting June 1, 2020. But even though our parades will end, our connection to the community remains strong. We look forward to seeing you at our Village events and station tours once those activities resume later in the year. Again, many thanks for including us in your special celebrations!
