The Village of Tinley Park's Overnight Parking Request Form allows residents to request permission to park on Village streets necessitated by unexpected circumstances such as driveway repairs or overnight guests. Each submitted request is valid for one vehicle for a single calendar date. Exceptions can be requested for as many as three consecutive nights only. Violations will be subject to fines for each night exceeding the three consecutive night limit.
Tinley Park ordinance chapter 73 section 73.09 states: "It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle on any street within the Village between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any day of the week."
