Marketing Department

The Tinley Park Marketing Department coordinates the Village’s communication and engagement initiatives, including the weekly Community Email newsletter, which contains the latest news about your Village, updates on construction projects, information on special events and more; the Experience Downtown Tinley newsletter, Tinley Park Television, Village news releases, the Village’s Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter pages, the Video Exchange series and the printed Annual Village Report. The department also manages the Village's special events and tourism initiatives, the special event permit application process, Tinley Park’s music brand and the Benches on the Avenue program.


Funded by Hotel/Motel Tax, the department is comprised of a full-time Marketing Director and five part-time employees, including a Special Events Coordinator, Public Information Coordinator, Community Engagement Coordinator and marketing assistants.
